Your Questions About What Is Personal Injury Coverage
Linda asks…Landscapers Company and renting property?I have a home with 1/2 an acre and have been approached by a tree company that has ask me to rent part of the back yard to store all of their equipment and wood. I am nervous about doing so because of liability for their equipment or if someone gets hurt on my property. I was told to write up the do and dont's in my renters agreement in that I will not be reliable for their personal property or employee injuries. Will this suffice?admin
