Your Questions About Personal Injury Law
Mandy asks…If a child has HIV infection does the school have the right to know?I am a school teacher and I have been recently thinking about this issue. I work in a city that has one of the highest hiv rates in the country. My students are constantly getting cut ( nothing major of course just small injuries from playing around) and I have atleast two fights a month in my classroom). I believe in the right to privacy but must admit that I am little torn on this subject.admin answers:Weather
