Your Questions About At-fault Driver With No Insurance

David asks…PASSENGER IN A NOT-AT-FAULT VEHICLE.?I was a passenger in a not-at-fault vehicle that has insurance, the at-fault vehicle does not have insurance. I've visited different lawyers, some said I have to claim my driver's insurance (not at fault) and some said I have to claim my father's insurance because I reside with him? I do not depend on him though. I have a full time job. Who's insurance do I claim? And do i sue the idiot with no insurance? Do i need a lawyer for any of this?
