Your Questions About At Fault Driver Insurance
Lisa asks…Can at-fault driver's insurance deny last 5 days of rental car?My parked car was hit and the driver's insurance co agreed to pay at 100% which they did. Then 11 (eleven) days later I received an invoice from the rental car co for 5 days of rental. They stated the insurance paid the first 22 days of rental and denied the last 5 days because the repair should have been quicker in their estimate. My problem is noone notified me in advance to give me the option to turn it in. I
