Your Questions About No Win No Fee Claims
Betty asks…Have you used a No Win No Fee claims company & were they charged? How do they make money if its no win no fee?I've seen companies use the phrase No Win No Fee on TV, like http://www.national-accident.co.uk but i don't understand how this can be the case? First I thought that it meant that there is only a fee if you win, but now they also seem to offer 100% compensation... am i missing something? Who actually pays for the legal services?admin answers:I have worked in this space
