William asks…I would like to to know if I can claim any compensation from Home Office for losing my papers and my passport?Hi, I am Russian nationality studing in London. Last year March I sent my documents of to Home Office to extend my visa, 6 month later I still hadn't receive anything back.I called them to find out about my case and they told me that they have my papers 2 weeks ago.
