Daniel asks…claiming for personal injury - who pays the lawyers fee?I recently got a letter from the other party insurer offering to pay for my damages n injury except for the legal fee...Who's suppose to pay for it? i didn;t have to go through all this if not for that person? Why should i pay it ontop of everything i had to go through on top of it???
