Betty asks…Personal injury claim against me! What happens?Hi,
I've just received notice that someone whom I was involved in an accident with back in 2004 has made a personal injury claim against me. The accident was deemed my fault and the insurance company duly paid up. How can this guy suddenly decide 6 years down the line he's going to make a claim against me?
My actual questions are:
- Will i have to pay out of my own pocket should the claimant win his claim
- Isn't there a 3 year limit

I've just returned from TESCO after doing my night shopping! After I payed for my items I went to the Gentleman's toilets and did not notice that the floor was wet through! One of the Urinals was overflowing and there was no sign! I sliped over and landed on my side! After leaving the toilet I went to the customer service desk and made a report and filled in an Accident report form!
What I want to know is how I go

Joseph asks…Has anyone heard of claims manchester?Hi every1, I was recently contacted by a company called http://www.claimsmanchester.org.uk/ they recon they can put forward a claim for me to claim back miss sold PPI, they say its completely free (no win no fee).
